We would like to thank Deacon & The Grid Studio team for the beautiful work that they did for our house.
Their design was creative but restrained which resulted in a very enjoyable space for our family. The understood our needs and cater to our requirements perfectly. In terms of project management they delivered everything as scheduled with no delays.
They were also very responsive in attending to any touch up request post handover which we highly appreciate. Special mention goes to Emily for her design, dedication and attention to details. She goes out of her way to ensure our requirements are met and any request are accommodated and her design selection are simply gorgeous. When we first got the home layout we contacted few interior design companies. After meeting and hearing the design ideas we feel that The Grid Studio understands what we need, and the ideas are inline with our requirements.
From the 3D drawings, the start of construction works, piping, electrical designing, till carpentry, Deacon and Max with the supporting teams handled all aspects very well. They are always available for discussion. Max is very attentive,responsive to our concerns, amended changes with open heart. They are open for discussions and advice.

Deacon is an outstanding project manager. He understood clearly what we wanted, accommodated our schedules to meet us. We specified a budget and he was very reasonable with his suggestions without over stretching the budget. He gave tasteful design recommendations but not forceful in imposing expectations. He managed the timelines tightly, supervised the site on behalf of us, making it stress-free for us as we were busy with work and had no time to deal with Contractors. The outcome was exactly what we expected – minimalist, classy yet modern. There were minor defects, however Deacon handled this well and quickly mobilised his team to fix this. Overall it’s an utmost pleasure working with Deacon, especially impressed with his strong client facing and communication skills, as well as excellent project management and design. I highly recommend to anyone!
